Fantastic environment to train in. The club is split into Functional Fitness and studio classes, everyone in either group are super friendly and helpful to eachother. The club has had soo much improvement in the year since i joined, it is looking grand with all the new equiplent and upcoming extra classes and having physio department upstairs is soo handy, should there be a niggle or two after a hard sesh. Would recommend it to anyone.
